Invest Newcastle is set to return once again to MIPIM 2027, one of the world’s largest real estate conferences.
Invest Newcastle will convene a delegation of public and private sector organisations to showcase the city’s strengths and real estate opportunities to an audience of global investors from more than 90 countries.
2026 was a huge success for the city with almost 20 partners uniting to attract international investment, 15 on stand events and promotional activity that generated millions of pounds worth of potential investment and profile.
Invest Newcastle will again exhibit and host a programme of engaging and informative events in one of the most prominent pavilions. The programme of panel discussions, presentations, and networking events will take place across three days, providing a unique platform to connect with global investors and decision-makers from across the real estate supply chain.
The stand provides a platform for partners to engage with investors, developers, cities and decision-makers from around the world, highlighting Newcastle’s significant transformation and investment opportunities.
The city is experiencing an unprecedented period of transformation with the forthcoming North East Space Skills & Technology Centre (NESST) and Quayside Music Studios set to open imminently, the Pilgrim Street development already creating jobs, opportunities and re-animating the east of the city centre and the announcement of a Mayoral Development Zone to super charge leisure and residential development along the River Tyne.
Newcastle’s MIPIM 2027 plans are set to be unveiled at the newly opened Hotel Gotham, part of the transformative Pilgrim Street site, featuring talks from Pam Smith, Chief Executive of Newcastle City Council, who will share her ambitions for the city.
