With an initial presentation of the award winning energy network set up by Gateshead Council – that has served as a model for integrated energy in urban environments – the panel will then cover topics such as alternative options for renewable energy sources, creation of local Energy Companies, selling the benefits to developers and occupiers, and digital solutions that are revolutionising the way we generate, distribute, and consume power.
