Session overview:
This presentation will showcase the transformational plans for sites along the River Tyne, and explore how major projects in Newcastle and Gateshead will act as catalysts for over £2bn of further investment along the River Tyne, from Gateshead Quays, focusing on the £350m arena and international conference centre which will soon be on site, and the world famous Metrocentre, which is underway with its multi million pound investment programme to revitalise and reinvent itself as a regional leisure destination.
