North East England at UKREiiF

Countdown to Leeds

In 2025, a diverse regional delegation will attend UKREiiF, uniting our strongest assets and most passionate advocates to collectively champion the strengths of the North East on the national stage.

Held in Leeds, UKREiiF is a three-day real estate investment and infrastructure conference organised by the Built Environment Networking Group. It focuses on the themes of levelling up, innovation, inclusion and sustainability.

With an expected 16,000 attendees and more than 150 exhibitors from all major UK towns and cities, it is crucial for North East England’s voice to be heard and to showcase the opportunities available in the region for investors, developers and occupiers.

UKREiiF 2025 will be a pivotal moment for the North East, with both public and private partners coming together to showcase strategic sites and development opportunities to the UK’s investment community.

The North East England delegation represents everything our region stands for. Real opportunity, a place where everybody is welcome and collaboration at its best.

    Championing the whole region

This will be the first time the North East Mayor and all seven local authorities have joined forces at UKREiiF with a clear, unified approach for promoting investment opportunities in every part of the region.

“I am really excited about UKREiiF this year because for the first time we are coming together with one voice, as North East England, to promote our region as a place to do business in a new and powerful way.

We have an exciting story to tell about the North East as a place where business and the private sector really do work hand in hand to create real opportunity and fertile ground for investment.

The new North East England Pavilion will be a prime draw for investors and home to a programme of events showcasing what we have to offer.

I look forward to welcoming partners from the region
as we put the North East back where it belongs.”

    Kim McGuinness, North East Mayor
