A public-private delegation from Newcastle, Gateshead and Sunderland will return to MIPIM next month to profile a multi-billion-pound pipeline of development projects on the international stage.
Invest Newcastle, part of NewcastleGateshead Initiative (NGI) is once again convening the public and private sector to showcase the strengths of the region at the global real estate market event in Cannes.
A collaborative three-day event programme has been launched to highlight a number of shovel-ready investment opportunities such as Forth Yards, Baltic Quarter and Riverside Sunderland, as well as exploring key topics such as creative industries, foreign direct investment (FDI) and sports-led regeneration.
