We deliver comprehensive design-led space planning, construction, commercial refurbishment and fit-outs through the UK. Our experience includes delivering Cat B fit outs of new spaces right through to complex multi-phase refurbishment projects in the education, workplace, healthcare, leisure, and retail sectors.
As principal contractor, Aptus manages the project from inception through to final handover, collaborating closely with customers and subcontractors to ensure that our projects are delivered to a standard we all can be proud of. We believe projects are successful through engaging early with customers and the wider design team, to identify risks and reduce risks to ensure that the project is delivered within the desired time and budget.
Aptus’ business activities are driven by a desire to create environmentally and socially responsible spaces with sustainability at its core. Our standards of working align to our ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems accreditation and our own policies including our Environment and Sustainability Policy, Carbon Reduction Plan, and Sustainable Procurement Policy.
We champion reducing emissions through the specification of more sustainable materials; reducing transport emissions through car sharing, our electric vehicle fleet and amalgamating site deliveries; working with local and SME subcontractors; and minimising waste going to landfill to less than 5%.
We support our clients through the creation of bespoke Sustainability and Social Value Delivery Plans to ensure that our projects have a minimal environmental impact and provide economic and social benefits to the local community.
